Orders:
All orders on our website are secured by an SSL certificate, and we use the Bandzoogle platform to host our website and store. All transactions are processed through Stripe and PayPal, so you can shop with confidence knowing that we partner with the leaders in e-commerce. You should receive an email confirmation of your order from Josh Panda.
Shipping:
At this time, the only option that we have is standard shipping. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any rush shipping on our merchandise items. Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 3-21 days for you to receive your item(s), and they may come in separate packages. Once your item(s) has been printed and sent out (usually 2-7 business days), you will receive a follow up email with a tracking number for your item(s). By using a print-to-order model, we are able to stock all of our designs and sizes, which ultimately gives our fans the best experience with the widest selection. Thanks so much for your support, patience and understanding as we are always striving to provide the best variety of items with the highest quality.
Our printing partner will pass their shipping cost onto you and will be calculated at checkout. Items range from $1.25 to $7.00 for shipping, and the shipping cost for each item will get smaller as the order gets larger:).
We are also able to offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, and it might take just a bit longer to get through customs in your country. Please make sure that you enter all information correctly, as we cannot be responsible for any customs errors or delays.
Returns:
Please keep in mind that all of our merchandise is made-to-order, so please shop with the intent to keep your item - returns are a bit tougher for us. Of course we will always do our best to work with you for a store credit or a replacement on any item that doesn't fit or is defective. Should you need to make a return, or if you have any questions, we can be contacted via email at contact@mybandwebsite.com. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible to make things right, so you can support Josh Panda and shop with confidence!
